Junior (U12 through U18) - 2025 FFV/FFA Registration

For new and returning players

1. Visit: https://registration.playfootball.com.au/participant/product-details/66150358  
2. Log in with your existing account or create a new one (If you create a new account you may need to click the link above again.
3. Select or make sure you have selected DVUSC - Juniors (U12 through U18 Teams)
4. Fill in the required details (including photo and/or ID as requested - (Failure to upload photos as requested will cease registration approval)
5. Please pay the listed FFV/FFA fees directly to the FFV/FFA -
6. (Failure to pay required fees as requested will cease registration approval)
7. You will receive an email confirmation that the registration is pending approval
8. IMPORTANT!!!!! - Supply Photo ID - https://dvusc.sportsclub.help/faq/a/2/proof-of-identity-junior-amp-senior-players-2025 
9. Once approved by DVUSC you will receive an email confirming registration is complete

Note: Please ensure a recent player headshot is uploaded to ensure your FFV Player Photo ID Card is acceptable.
