Proof of identity - Junior & Senior Players - 2025

The FFA/FFV have changed the registration process and a club official is now required to check that a player is able to supply relevant photo ID and sign off stating ID has been checked.

Please note: We believe as this is the first year using the new system all players have to complete this process however moving forward this process may only have to be completed by new players or players transferring clubs.

ID that can be used is:

  • Drivers License
  • Passport
  • Birth Certificate
  • Library Card
  • Student ID

Don't have Photo ID or the above....

  • Screenshot displaying student details including date of birth and photo etc from Compass APP (not the website) (if your school uses it - or similar)

A photo or scan of the ID (as clear and large as possible) will need to be emailed to id@dvusc.sportsclub.help (a new secure email spefically for ID submissions) - ID will NOT be accepted by any other means and FFV/FFA registration approval is subject to DVUSC receiving a copy/photo/scan of ID.

Please ensure the subject line of your email includes the player name and team - one email per player

If you have any queries about the IDs, please email id@dvusc.sportsclub.help

Security of IDs

Email are sent to a new email account secured by appropriate SSL certificates and two factor authentication. The club secretary is only person who has access to the inbox and once items are cited and validated, emails are both deleted and then trash can emptied. The club doesn’t keep a copy of the email or the ID. Apart from viewing the attachment, it has no further use. It’s not uploaded anywhere.
