Miniroos & Juniors - U8 through U18

• Deposit is paid to DVUSC to secure position in team
• Balance of fees is paid directly to DVUSC - option for payment plan
• FFV/FFA Fees paid directly to FFV/FFA
• Uniform is not included and is order separately as required

Senior Women

• FFV/FFA Fees paid directly to FFV/FFA
• Fees are paid directly to DVUSC - option for payment plan
• Uniform is supplied by remains the property of the club and must be returned

Senior Men & Reserves

• FFV/FFA Fees paid directly to FFV/FFA
• Fees are paid directly to DVUSC - option for payment plan
• Uniform is supplied by remains the property of the club and must be returned
