I'm the Team Manager of a junior team, what paperwork is required each week?

  1. Team Managers need to be registered as a volunteer - https://registration.playfootball.com.au/participant/product-details/66150359 
  2. Team managers need to have created a GameDay passport account - https://support.mygameday.app/help/how-to-sign-up-to-passport 
  3. Please email registration@dvusc.sportsclub.help and confirm that the above steps are complete
  4. The club will verify and approve your account
  5. You will be able to access GameDay Passport here - https://passport.mygameday.app/ 
  6. You will need to prepare a TeamSheet and print 3 copies
  7. You will be required to have a copy of the ID cards for your respective team - either electronically or printed.
