Training days, times and frequency vary depending on the age and grade level of any particular team.
Where possible and if known, training days and times will be displayed on the respective junior teams page (junior boys or junior girls) on the DVUSC website; however often the training days and times aren't locked in until February of the upcoming season.
Once you join DVUSC you will be given access to TeamSnap, which contains all the relevant information.
