What team is my son/daughter eligable for in 2026?

FFV uses the players age as at the 1st January 2026 to calculate which team the player can play in.

Miniroos (U8 through U11)

  • Players born in or before 2018 – eligible to play in an U8 team
  • Players born in 2017 – eligible to play in an U9 team
  • Players born in 2016 – eligible to play in an U10 team
  • Players born in 2015 – eligible to play in an U11 team

Juniors (U12 through U18)

  • Players born in 2014 – eligible to play in an U12 team
  • Player born in 2013 – eligible to play in an U13 team
  • Players born in 2012 – eligible to play in an U14 team
  • Players born in 2011 – eligible to play in an U15 team
  • Players born in 2010 – eligible to play in an U16 team
  • Players born in 2009 – eligible to play in an U17 team
  • Players born in 2008 – eligible to play in an U18 team
